This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, request office options, use our renewal services, or otherwise interact with our services. Real estate services are provided by licensed brokers affiliated with eXp Commercial; we work with them to deliver your search results and brokerage support.

  • Renewal-related information: If you use our renewal service, we may receive and process information from your renewal notice or current lease (e.g., space name, renewal date, current terms) to negotiate on your behalf.
  • Usage and technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and how you use our website (e.g., pages visited, links clicked). We may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to improve our service.
  • Session and interaction analytics: We may use third-party solutions that record session replays of your visit (how you navigate and view pages on our site) and interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and related on-page behavior, to understand usage patterns and improve our website.

  • Landlords and coworking operators: When necessary to request options, schedule tours, or negotiate or renew leases on your behalf.
  • Service providers: Vendors that help us operate our website, send emails, host data, or run analytics, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
  • Legal and safety: When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JIGO, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Google User Data (Gmail)

If you choose to connect your Google (Gmail) account to use our coworking email forwarding feature, JIGO requests read-only access to your Gmail (the read-only Gmail scope, gmail.readonly). We use this access solelyto detect emails sent from your coworking-space provider's domain(s) and forward those messages to the broker you designate. We do not read, use, store, or share any other mail.

  • What we access: Your incoming Gmail messages, only to identify messages from your coworking provider and forward their content (subject, body, and attachments) to your designated broker.
  • What we store: Your Google authorization tokens (stored encrypted) and minimal metadata about forwarded messages (message id, sender, subject) needed to avoid duplicate forwarding. We do not retain the content of non-matching mail.
  • How we share it: We deliver matching messages only to the broker you designate. We do not transfer your Gmail data to any other third party.
  • What we never do: We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit assessment, or resale, and humans do not read your messages except where necessary to provide the feature with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
  • Revoking access: You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access. You can also review or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

JIGO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how our site is used, and improve performance. You can adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies; some features may not work as well if you disable them.

We may use third-party solutions to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve performance.
